Install the product according to the requirements of the installation and use manual;

After sales service commitment

Users who choose "Jingu" products shall comply with the relevant product "Three Guarantees" regulations of the People's Republic of China, with a free warranty period of two years (except for human damage or improper use) and lifelong maintenance;

  • After the project acceptance is qualified, the after-sales service department is responsible for regularly tracking users by phone or other channels to understand their usage situation. If necessary, they will visit the user every year to understand the situation, guide timely maintenance and upkeep, and keep records.
  • 02. If a fault notice is received within the warranty period, respond within 2 hours and arrive at the service site within 72 hours. Generally, the fault handling time does not exceed 48 hours. If the fault cannot be repaired on site, our company will dispatch additional technical personnel and parts for proper and urgent processing.
  • 03. After the warranty period expires, our company will still be enthusiastic about serving you, providing daily maintenance and major repair services (if parts are damaged and need to be replaced, our company will only charge the cost price and basic fees of the parts), and regularly send personnel to visit the product quality, test the product situation, and ensure that the product is used normally.
  • 04. Provide a maintenance record book for the owner to organize staff to access records of equipment maintenance, component replacement frequency, inspection and repair dates at any time.
Special declaration

According to the National Three Guarantees Law, damages caused by the following reasons are not covered by the warranty:

  • 01. Damage caused by natural disasters, force majeure factors, accidents;
  • 02. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage by consumers;
  • 03. Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or self repair by consumers;
  • 04. If the consumer is unable to provide the three guarantees certificate and valid invoice, or if the certificate is altered;
  • 05. If the consumer requests additional requirements beyond the functionality of this product;
